Confluence 6.11.0-beta リリースノート
Development releases are not production ready. Development releases are snapshots of the ongoing Confluence development process. While we try to keep these releases stable, they have not undergone the same degree of testing as a full release, and could contain features that are incomplete or may change or be removed before the next full release.
No upgrade path. Because development releases represent work in progress, we cannot provide a supported upgrade path between development releases, or from any development release to a final release. You may not be able to migrate any data you store in a Confluence development release to a future Confluence release.
Atlassian does not provide support for development releases.

Confluence already lets you upload a wide range of files to share and discuss with your team. We’ve now made it easier to make changes to your files without the hassle of downloading and uploading multiple times.
You can now edit any file attached to a Confluence page using a desktop application, then save the file back to Confluence in a few clicks. And it’s not just available for Microsoft Offices documents; it works for Photoshop files, Keynote presentations — any attached file with a compatible application installed on your computer.
This feature replaces the Edit in Office function, which had some tricky limitations. It was restricted to Microsoft Office documents and only worked if you had the right browser, operating system and app combo running.

サイトで簡単にサポート zip を作成できるようになりました。新しい REST API を使用してサポート zip を生成し、それを自動的にダウンロードできます。Data Center クラスタでは、1 つのリクエストで複数のノードからサポート zip を生成することもできます。
この API を、課題の調査に要する時間の削減や、サポート zip 生成の自動化に役立てることができます。
REST 経由でサポート zip を生成する方法については、Server 版またはData Center 版のドキュメントをご参照ください。
Scheduled XML backups disabled for Data Center
Having a robust backup strategy is essential. For small or test instances, the scheduled daily XML backup may be adequate, but once you're running at scale we recommend you back up your database, install and home directories regularly.
In this release, we've disabled the daily XML backup for sites with a Data Center license.
新しい診断情報を近日公開予定
After upgrading to Confluence 6.11, you may see some new messages in your application log, and a new atlassian-diagnostics.log file, which is also included in support zips. This is related to new diagnostic information we're working on, for things like low memory or disk space, or slow HTTP requests, long running tasks, or macro rendering. No action is required for these messages for now.
We plan to fine-tune the thresholds and provide a UI for this diagnostic information in an upcoming Confluence release.
