Configuring Issue Linking

課題のリンクについて

Issue linking allows you to create an association between issues on either the same or different JIRA servers. For instance, an issue may duplicate another, or its resolution may depend on another's. New installations of JIRA come with four default types of links:

• 関連している / 関連付けられている
• 重複 / 重複している
• ブロックしている / ブロックされている
• clones / is cloned by (this is used when issues are cloned)

課題をリンクする ことで、以下のことも可能になります。

• JIRA 課題と Confluence ページ間の関連付けを作成します。
• JIRA 課題を他の Web ページにリンクします。

You can add, edit or delete link types to suit your organisation, as described below.

注意:

• Your users must have the Link Issues permission before they can link issues.
• Issue linking must be enabled in order for your users to be able to link issues. Issue linking is enabled by default. If your organisation does not require the ability to link issues, you can disable it globally for all users as described below.

リンクタイプを追加する

To create a new link type, e.g. 'Causes':

1. 「JIRA 管理者」グローバル権限を持つユーザーとしてログインします。
2. Choose > System. Select Issue Features > Issue Linking to open the Issue Linking page.
   Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing issue linking
3. ページの最後にある「新しいリンク タイプの追加」フォームに：
   
   • 名前のフィールドに「課題原因」になる名前を入力します。
   • 外部リンクの説明テキストフィールドに「の原因となる」と入力します。
   • 内部リンクの説明テキストフィールドに「を原因とする」と入力します。
4. 追加ボタンをクリックします。
5. 原因のリンクタイプをリストするセクションの課題のリンクページに戻ります。

リンクタイプを編集、または削除する

It is recommended that you do not edit or delete the Clones link type, as this is used to automatically link issues when they are cloned.

リンク タイプを編集または削除する方法は次のとおりです。

1. JIRA 管理者グローバル権限を持つユーザーとしてログインします。
2. Choose > System. Select Issue Features > Issue Linking to open the Issue Linking page.
   Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing issue linking
3. 編集または削除するリンクタイプを探し、リンクタイプに関連した、オペレーションカラムにて編集 / 削除のリンクにアクセスします。

課題リンクの無効化

To disable issue linking for your entire JIRA site, for all users:

1. JIRA 管理者グローバル権限を持つユーザーとしてログインします。
2. Choose > System. Select Issue Features > Issue Linking to open the Issue Linking page.
   Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing issue linking
3. 課題がリンクしているかどうかを示すステータスメッセージが有効化されます。課題のリンクが有効であれば、非アクティブ化ボタンをクリックします。課題リンクページを再読み込みすると、リンクが無効になります。
