解決時間レポート
The 'Resolution Time' report is a bar chart showing the average time taken to resolve issues. This is useful to show you the trends in resolution time. The report is based on your choice of project or issue filter, and your chosen units of time (ie. hours, days, weeks, months, quarters or years).

生成されるレポートは次のようになります。

解決時間レポートの生成
- 対象のプロジェクトに移動します。
- Choose Summary (tab) > Reports section > Resolution Time Report.
- 必要なフィルター/プロジェクトを選択します。
- 期間フィールドで、レポートの基準となる期間を選択します。
- 今日までの日数フィールドで、何日分のデータをレポートの対象とするか入力します (今日から遡って起算) 。
Internet Explorer のキャッシュ構成について
Internet Explorer をご利用の場合、チャートを適切に出力できるようブラウザを構成する必要があります。
- [Tools] メニューから [Internet Options] を選択します。
- [Internet Options] ウィンドウが表示されます。[Temporary Internet files] (キャッシュ) セクションの [Settings] ボタンをクリックします。
- [Settings] ウィンドウが表示されます。[Every visit to the page] (キャッシュなし) オプションが選択されていないことを確認します。これが選択されていた場合は [Automatically] オプションを選択します。
