Bamboo service management

Deprecated

Creation of new service integrations has been deprecated in favor of Bitbucket Cloud's webhooks, Connect integration framework, and email notifications.

If you're looking for CI integration with Bitbucket, you may want to look into Bitbucket's Pipelines.

With this service, you can integrate Bitbucket Cloud with Bamboo, an extendable enterprise continuous integration server. This service will force a Bamboo manual build when a commit is pushed to your repository. Note that this will override any conditions for branches or file exclusions.

If you are having trouble with the service, see Troubleshoot Bitbucket Cloud services.

Setting up the service

You must have administrative access on a repository to add this service.

  1. Go to the repository's settings.
  2. Click Services in the left-hand navigation.
    The Services page appears.
  3. Select the Bamboo service from the services dropdown.
  4. Click Add service.
A new section appears for the Bamboo service.
  5. (Optional) If you want Bamboo to build only when you push commits on certain files, select the Advanced Trigger Options checkbox. For Bamboo to build each time someone pushes to the repository (even when the push includes no commits), you don't need to select this option.

To set the criteria that triggers Bamboo to build, update the Include/Exclude files field under your Bitbucket repository configuration in Bamboo. This field allows you to specify the files that Bamboo should, or should not, use to detect changes.

  6. 以下の情報を入力します:

    フィールド 説明
    パスワード

    Enter your Bamboo user password.

If you use Google Apps with Cloud to make the Bamboo Service work, you must configure this service using your Cloud username and password: not your GoogleApps credentials. For information on resetting your Cloud password, see this page.

Plan Key Enter the Bamboo plan key (ex. BB-STAGING). The plan key can be found in the URL of any page of a plan.
    URL

Enter the URL to your Bamboo instance (e.g. http://bamboo.atlassian.com/).

For Atlassian Cloud, the URL is

    https://<instance-name>.atlassian.net/builds/

    もしくは

    https://<instance-name>.jira.com/builds/
ユーザ名 Enter your Bamboo username, this is the user that triggers the build
  7. Click Save.
