Atlassian アカウントは、各ユーザーが使用しているアトラシアン製品とは独立して存在する、オンラインの ID です。

With an Atlassian account, you can use just one account to log in to any Atlassian products, such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Opsgenie, Statuspage, Trello and more.

This page describes problems you might have when logging in to your Atlassian account.

My login screen looks different

Solution: This is expected. Your account is now using the Atlassian account login screen. Once you log in, you'll be redirected to your instance.

If you’re not redirected after login, re-enter the site URL, and you'll be taken to your instance.

The ‘log in with Microsoft’ option is no longer showing 

We’re currently updating the ability for our users to log in with Microsoft. Because of these updates, you may experience some issues logging in. 

Solution: Go to id.atlassian.com/?enableMicrosoft if you need to use the soft log in option.

I can't log in with an admin username

Solution: You can no longer use usernames to log in to Atlassian account. Use the email address that’s matched with the admin user.

Note: It might be the same email address where you receive the monthly (or annual) Cloud Site invoices.

When trying to reset your password you receive an email stating that you don't have an Atlassian account registered with that email address. "Unfortunately, we do not have an Atlassian account registered with this email."

Solution: The site you’re accessing now uses Atlassian account for login. In order to log in, you’ll need to create an Atlassian account with the same email address previously used on your cloud site. Sign up for an Atlassian account using the email address attached to your cloud site profile.

If you don’t know the email address matched to your username, contact your site administrator to provide this to you.

I received an error message

This may happen when you login in with a valid Atlassian account that has a different email address than the email address linked to your user in the cloud site.

Solution: Use the link at the bottom of the page to switch to a different Atlassian account.

If you don’t know the email address attached to your cloud site, your administrator can provide this to you from the site's User Management section. You can then set that email address to your Atlassian Account profile in my.atlassian.com

My access has been revoked

If you're using the correct Atlassian account, but your access has been revoked for a cloud site.

Solution: You may want to contact your administrator to re-enable your access or switch to another Atlassian account that does have access to your cloud site.

I'm not receiving password reset or verification emails

If you’re not receiving password reset or verification emails from Atlassian.

Solution: If you’ve tried resetting your password or have just signed up and haven’t received an email within 10 mins your mail server may be blocking emails from mailer.atlassian.com

  1. Check your spam folder for an email from noreply@mailer.atlassian.com

  2. Contact your mail administrator to whitelist the domain mailer.atlassian.com

If the "reset my password" or "verify my email address" links in your emails don't work. This may be caused by the email client blocking the links from being clicked.

Solution: Use a web browser version of your email provider to open the email and click the link. You could also make a copy of the link and open it in a browser window to reset your password or verify your email.

My Service Desk customers are asked to log in using SSO

Service Desk customers using only the Customer Portal are asked to use single sign-on for their Atlassian accounts in order to raise a bug: "Your group uses single sign-on."

Solution: The customer should use their Atlassian account to log in and raise a Service Desk Request.
