Working with saved views
When working with the views of a plan, you can perform the following actions:
ビューを保存する
When you’re using a certain view of a plan, and you’ve made some changes to the view itself, the view will move into an edited state, with the EDITED lozenge appearing after the view name. When this happens, you can choose to either save the changes in that same view, or save the changes in a new view.
Note that when the changes made to the view will only be visible to the current user until they save the changes in the view itself. The edited lozenge will only be visible to the current user as well.
The sample plan below is using the saved view called Mobile team view. The EDITED lozenge is displaying because some changes have been made to the view.

Click more (
) > Save. The view will be updated with the changes made.
However, if another user saves a change to the view before you save your own changes, you will be notified about the saved changes.
You can choose to do one of the following:
Overwrite the changes they’ve made: This will overwrite the changes they’ve made in the view with your own changes. The issues will be displayed with the changes you’ve saved the next time any user accesses the view. Click Confirm to continue.
Save your changes as a new view: This will let you create a new view and save the changes you’ve made in that new view. Click Confirm and follow the steps in the next dialog.
Discard your changes: This will discard the changes you’ve made. Click Confirm and changes made by the other user will stay saved.
新しいビューに変更を保存する
Click more (
) > Save as.[Save as new view (新しいビューとして保存)] ダイアログで、新しいビューの名前を入力します。
オプションとして、[Make default for everyone (全員にデフォルトにする)] チェックボックスをオンにします。プランに初めてアクセスしたユーザーの場合、課題は新しいビューの保存済み設定に従って表示されます。
保存をクリックします。
ビューで加えた変更を破棄する
ビューの変更中に、その変更がビューに不要であることに気付く場合があります。変更を破棄すると、その変更はビューから完全に削除され、ビューはビュー設定の以前の構成に戻ります。
Click more (
) > Discard changes.確認ダイアログで、[Discard changes (変更を破棄)] をクリックします。
ビューの削除
ビューを完全に削除すると、そのビューはプランから削除されます。現在ビューを使用しているユーザーは、そのビューを使用できなくなります。
Click more (
) > Delete.確認ダイアログで [削除] をクリックします。
You can’t delete a view while it’s being used as the default view of a plan. You need to set another view as default view first.
- You can't delete a view if it's the only remaining saved view in a plan.
