2020 年 2 月 25 日
The Atlassian Crowd team is proud to bring you Crowd 4.0 which comes with some great new features and improvements.
Interested in trying this shiny new version of Crowd? Don't forget to renew your active software maintenance.
If you're upgrading from an earlier version, make sure to read the Crowd upgrade guide.
Improving authentication performance for multiple directories
You can speed up authentication by optimizing the priority of cached directories. If the authenticating user doesn’t exist in any of your cached directories, Crowd will move them to the end of the queue. This helps Crowd focus on the right directories and save your users some time.
To enable this feature, go to Application > Directory mappings. Learn more
Support for JDK 11 is here
Following on our promise, we’re happy to announce that support for Java 11 is finally here! Java SE 11 is the latest Long-Term-Support release, so you’ll be able to get updates and fixes for longer. Learn more about our plans regarding Java
Improved performance of nested groups
We've moved some gears and sprockets, and made Crowd handle nested groups hierarchies in a more efficient way. This small change brings significant performance improvements for user authentication, permission checks, and the User groups screen.
