見積りを持たない項目を既定の見積りに基づいてスケジューリングする
For every hierarchy level that you configure in Portfolio, you can define a default estimate, which help you to see your issues in the schedule without the need of adding estimates to all of them.
When you import issues that are mapped to the defined hierarchical levels, those issues will take the configured default estimate unless there is already a defined estimate.
次のステップを利用して階層レベルで既定の見積りを定義します。
> [Scheduling] > [Unestimated item scheduling] に移動します。- Under Unestimated item scheduling check Base on default estimates.
Now, the default estimate options will become visible for each hierarchy level.
- Select a default estimation per hierarchy level.
We apply default estimates to unestimated issues if the respective hierarchy level is defined in the plan's planning unit.
メモ:
- Default estimate apply only to unestimated issues in your plan.
- 時間ベースまたはストーリー ポイント ベースの独立した既定の見積もりを定義できます。
- 計画単位をストーリー ポイントから時間ベースに切り替えると、既定の見積りも切り替えられます。
- 子課題を持つ親がいて、子の 1 つに見積りがあった場合、親に既定の見積りは割り当てられません。これは、親は子の見積りの集計値を持ち、見積りを持っていると見なされるためです。
- 子課題が見積を持たない場合は、親に既定の見積が割り当てられます。
例
次のスクリーンショットで確認できるように、見積りを持たない項目を複数持つプランがあるとします。
- 上述のステップに従い、 > [Scheduling] に移動します。
- Under Unestimated item scheduling we check Base on default estimates.
Now, the default estimate options will become visible for each hierarchy level.
