Free プランのプロジェクト権限、ロール、および課題レベル セキュリティ
This page only applies to the Free plans for Jira Software and Jira Work Management Cloud. Jira Service Management Cloud isn't affected.
The Free plan for Jira Software and Jira Work Management is for small teams of fewer than 10 people who may be just getting started with Jira. Project permissions, roles, and issue-level security aren't configurable when you're on the Free plan. To take advantage of Jira's powerful project permission management features, upgrade your plan.
The only permissions- or security-related restriction for Jira Service Management Free plans is issue-level security. If your Jira Service Management site is on the Free plan, you won't be able to set the security level for individual issues (requests).
Free プランで利用を開始した場合
If you've always had the Free plan for Jira Software or Jira Work Management Cloud, everyone who can access that product is a project admin. It isn't possible to change the permission scheme, edit roles, or add an issue security scheme.
Standard または Premium プランから Free プランに変更した場合
If you change from a paid plan to Jira Software Free or Jira Work Management Free, project permissions, roles, and issue security schemes are locked in their current state and you'll need to upgrade to a Standard or Premium plan to change them. If you had previously allowed anonymous access to projects, that anonymous access will be removed when you change to a Free plan. Jira won't change any other permissions, roles, or security schemes, as this could reveal project information that shouldn't be shared with certain users.
Jira Server から Free プランに移行した場合
If you have existing project permissions set in Jira Server and you then migrate from Jira Server to a Free version of Jira Software or Jira Work Management Cloud, your project permissions, roles, and issue security schemes on the new cloud site are locked in their current state and you'll need to upgrade to a Standard or Premium plan to change them. Jira won't change any permissions, roles, or security schemes, as this could reveal project information that shouldn't be shared with certain users.
Inherited Jira Work Management plans
Jira Software and Jira Service Management are built on top of Jira Work Management. If you have a license for either Jira Software or Service Management, you also get Jira Work Management with project templates made specifically for business teams. The Jira Work Management plan you inherit depends on what plans you have for your other Jira Cloud products.
If all of your other Jira Cloud products are on the Free plan, you'll have Jira Work Management Free and won't be able to edit project permissions, roles, and issue-level security. If you have any Jira Cloud product on Standard or Premium, you'll have Jira Work Management Standard (there's no Jira Work Management Premium plan) with its advanced permission configuration.
If you don't specifically activate a license for Jira Work Management, you can use the features associated with your plan level but you don't get a separate user allowance for Jira Work Management. To add more users for Jira Work Management, activate a plan for Jira Work Management.
