- On large instances the createmeta REST endpoint can take a very long amount of time to return results or cause JIRA to OOM
- RCE via Velocity Template in Email Subject and Contact Administrator
- Dev.Status can get stuck paging over issue updates from Bitbucket Server, Bamboo or Fecru and cause excessive load on database

Jira 8.13 brings a completely new index, which means that your old index will be incompatible after the upgrade from Jira 7.13. You will need to reindex, there’s no running away from it. アプリのアップグレード

> Manage apps and look up the suggestions provided by your Universal Plugin Manager (UPM). Some apps have cross-platform compatibility and can be updated even before the upgrade. Update them in advance to speed up the upgrade process. - 最初にテスト環境でアプリのテスト アップグレードを行います。これにより、本番環境に移る前に、アップグレードが必要なアプリと削除が必要なアプリを特定できます。

It might happen that your Jira has files that contain custom configuration. If you've made changes to
- <jira-installation-directory>/atlassian-jira/ directory
- <jira-installation-directory>/conf/server.xml
- <jira-installation-directory>/bin/setenv.sh
これらの変更はアップグレードされた Jira を開始する前に自動転送されます。ただし、その他のファイルを変更した場合、手動で転送する必要があります。
