'Esc'

Escapes the cursor out of the current text field so that you can use more keyboard shortcuts. Pressing the 'Esc' key can also be used to Close or Cancel JIRA's dialog boxes.
If the auto-complete dropdown list is visible on the Advanced Search text field, you must press the 'Esc' key twice to escape the cursor out of this text field.

｢操作｣ダイアログボックス

'.' (full-stop/period)

Opens the Operations dialog box, from which you can perform any permitted issue operation on the current JIRA issue by doing either of the following:

• 「カーソル下方移動」キーを押した後、
  1. カーソルキーを使用して「課題」オプションを選択し、
  2. 「Enter」を押して選択した操作を確定します。
• 課題操作の名前の文字のいくつかを入力すると、入力した文字列と名前が一致する操作に絞り込まれます。
  1. 制限付きリストに複数の操作がある場合はカーソルキーを使用して 1 つを選択し、
  2. 「Enter」を押して選択した操作を確定します。

• Workflow Transitions — Choose the appropriate workflow transition to change the issue's status. The workflow transitions available depend on the current issue's status and on how your JIRA administrator has customised your JIRA workflow. The default JIRA workflow transitions include:
  
  • Start Progress （進捗状況の開始） — 課題の ステータスを進行中に設定します。
  • Resolve issue （課題の解決） — 課題のステータスを解決済みに設定し、適切な解決策を選択します。
  • Close issue （課題の完了） — 課題のステータスを完了に設定し、課題がまだ解決済みでない場合は、適切な解決策を選択します。
  • Reopen issue （課題の再開） — 解決済みまたは完了済みの課題のステータスを再開に設定します。

• Actions （アクション） — 課題を実行するための適切なアクションを選択します。
  

  • Edit （編集） — 発行者の 詳細（概要、説明など)を編集します。
  • Assign （割り当て） — 課題に対する担当者を選択します。
  • Assign To Me （自分に割り当て） — 課題を自分自身に割り当てます。
  • Comment （コメント） — 課題にコメントを追加します。
  • Log Work （作業の記録） — 課題の完了した作業と所要時間を記録します。このオプションは自分の JIRA サイトで時間管理が有効になっている場合にのみ使用できます。
  • Attach Files （ファイルの添付） — ファイルを選択、アップロードおよび課題へ添付します。
  • Attach Screenshot （スクリーンショットの添付） — ファイルを選択、アップロードおよび課題へ添付します。
  • Voters （投票者） — 課題の投票者リストを開き、自分の投票を管理したり、課題に投票した他のユーザーを確認できます。
  • Add Vote （投票の追加） — 課題に投票を追加します。（このオプションは課題の作成者以外のみ利用可能です。）
  • Watch Issue （課題の監視） — 課題の監視者となります。
  • Stop Watching （監視の停止） — 課題の監視を停止します。（このオプションは現在監視中の課題でのみ利用可能です。）
  • Watchers （監視者） — 課題の 監視者リストを開き、課題の監視者を管理できます。
  • Create Sub-Task （サブタスクの作成） — 課題のサブタスクとなる新しい課題を作成します。
  • Convert to Issue （課題に変換） — サブタスクの課題を単独の課題へと変換します。
  • Convert to Sub-Task （サブタスクへ変換） — 課題が単独の課題の場合は、サブタスクへ変換します。
  • Move （移動） — 課題を別のプロジェクトに移動します。
  • Link （リンク） — 課題と別の課題の間にリンクを作成します。このオプションは自分の JIRA サイトで課題のリンクが有効になっている場合にのみ使用できます。
  • Clone （複製） — 課題と全く同じコピーの新しい課題を作成します。
  • Labels （ラベル） — 課題のラベルを編集します。
  • Delete （削除） — 課題を完全に削除します。

  アクションメニューの一部のオプションは、必要な権限が与えられているか、JIRA 管理者によって特定の機能が有効化されている場合にのみ利用可能です。

Go to field popup

(Only available if your JIRA administrator has Inline edit switched ON through JIRA's General Configuration page.)

Opens the Go to field popup, from which you can specify a field to edit directly (i.e. 'inline') on the 'view issue' page.

• 「カーソル下方移動」キーを押した後、
  
  1. use the cursor keys to select a field, and
  2. press 'Enter' to choose your selected field.
• Type one to a few letters of the field's name to restrict the list down to fields whose names match the series of letters you entered, then:
  
  1. if there is more than one field in the restricted list, use the cursor keys to select one, and
  2. press 'Enter' to choose your selected field.

Notes about editing a field:

• Once you have finished editing a field and want to submit your changes:
  
  • If the field you are editing a single-line input field, press 'Enter' or use the Form Submit shortcut to submit your changes.
  • If the field you are editing a multi-line input field (for example, the Description field), use the Form Submit shortcut to submit your changes.
  • Regardless of what type of input field you are editing, clicking outside the field will submit any changes you made to the field.
  Tip: The Form Submit shortcut requires modifier keys that can differ depending on your combination of browser and operating system. You can find out what modifier keys you require by moving your mouse pointer over the 'tick' icon at the lower right of the field you are editing.
• To cancel out of editing a field (and not save any changes you made), use either the Escape Field or Cancel Form shortcuts.
