We're in the process of updating the admin experience. In the meantime, you may not need to click Directory to get to Managed accounts and User provisioning.
From an Atlassian organization, you’ll see the Directory in the left navigation. Before you can start using your organization’s directory, make sure you’ve verified all your company’s domains.
The Directory includes two items:
Managed accounts – Lists any accounts with a domain you’ve verified. Because you verify that you own these accounts, you have more control over these accounts. See Managed accounts for more details.
User provisioning – Provides the option to configure an external user directory with your Atlassian organization. Updates you make to users and groups in your identity provider automatically appear in your Atlassian organization. See User provisioning for more details.
