How To Troubleshoot Application Link Issue between JIRA and Stash Using AppLinks Diagnostics Plugin
Perform the following steps to troubleshoot the Application Link connectivity issue between JIRA and FishEye:-
Installing in JIRA
- Install the plugin in JIRA as mentioned in the following documentation here
Installing in Stash
- Download the plugin manually from here
- Navigate to Stash administration > ADD-ONS > Manage add-ons
- Click Upload add-on
- Select the file and click upload
Once it is successfully installed, the plugin will be available under Stash administration > Settings
Running the test
- Navigate to Stash administration > Settings > Application Links Diagnostics
- Click Test on the Application Link that you wish to troubleshoot
