課題詳細ビューの「詳細」タブをカスタマイズして、追加のフィールドを表示できます。(例えば、解決状況、環境、セキュリティレベル、カスタムフィールドなど)

フィールドを追加、削除、移動する

  1. Select Agile > Manage Boards from the top navigation bar, then click the Configure link corresponding to the board of interest.

    (info) Note that only the owner of a board (or a person with the 'JIRA Administrators' global permission) can configure a board.
  2. 課題詳細ビュータブをクリックします。
  3. Add/remove the desired fields, or use the vertical 'grid'  icon to drag and drop fields up or down into a different order.

  4. Your fields will then appear on the Details tab of the Issue Detail View.
    (warning) Note that fields will only appear on an issue if they have been associated with the relevant issue type, and are not "hidden". For details, please see the following JIRA documentation:

    I would also like to add a wish to the list. Namely an extra tab on the Detail issue screen where users can log their hours. It is now available under the "Gear" button, but I would prefer it as an extra tab, so that users can also log their hours from this screen. If you take it one step further: why not be able to configure your own tabs with the (Jira) fields you want.

    Is it possible within the Work Kanban board to show custom fields?

    What I mean is currently the board shows the JIRA ref and the description which is great but in my organisation there is another reference we need to include which is meaningful to the business, we have added it as a custom field which is visible when you click on an item but I'd like to include it in the Kanban board to give them easier visibility on the progress of issues they've raised.

  7. I would like to be able to add custom fields of type "Labels" as well to the Issue Details view. We break down epics / groupings into 2 levels. Epics are broken down into specific themes, so it will be nice to see both the Epic name and Epic/theme option underneath each other.

    I'm using GH 6.1.3.1.  I don't see priority in the General Fields.  Is there some other configuration I need to do to make it show in this list?

    1. I don't believe it is planned to include Priority (because the Priority icon is shown on the card). If you would like to have it available, please raise an issue at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS

    I am using GH v6.1.0.  I am able to add custom fields on the Issue Detail View tab but I don't see them when I go back to the rapid board and select a story.  It's my understanding they would show on the first tab.

      Hi,

      Make sure that the field you have made visible has a value on that specific issue you are looking at.

      I don't think the field will show up at all otherwise.

    If you have added a field to the Issue Detail page but it doesn't show up, check your Field Configuration Scheme for the project/issue type and confirm that it is set to show.

    Can the Time Tracking field be added to the Issue Detail view?  I don't see it as an available field on the configuration screen? 

    1. If you are using a Scrum board, configure the Estimate for the board to be 'Original Time Estimate' and enable Time Tracking. The Work Logged, Remaining Estimate and Original Estimate will then be displayed for your automatically.

    I have a custom field developed by us,how can I add this in "Issue Detail view"

    is it possible to add the custom field and then make it editable? I cant seem to edit the field. To be able to edit , i have to click on the Edit button and then enter data!

    We have Zendesk integration and when we choose "External Issue ID" or "External Issue URL" they are not showing. Not even "External Issue ID" or "External Issue URL" labels. Is this a bug? Thanks
