Office コネクタを使用すると、Confluence 内で Office ドキュメント (Word、Excel および PowerPoint など) の組み込み、インポートおよび編集ができます。

Office ファイルと PDF ファイルの表示

Office および PDF ファイルは、ファイルの表示マクロを使用してページに組み込むことができます。このマクロは、次のタイプの Microsoft Office 97-2013、および PDF ファイルと互換性のあるファイルを表示できます。

  • .doc and .docx
  • .xls and .xlsx
  • .ppt and .pptx
  • .pdf

Confluence では、Office ファイルを表示するためにコンピューターに Office アプリケーションがインストールされている必要はありません。

Word ドキュメントをページとしてインポートする

Confluence can import the content from Microsoft Word 97-2013 documents (.doc and .docx ).

Office コネクタを使用すると、ページに添付されている Office ファイルを編集できます。

You'll need to use a browser, operating system and application (either Microsoft Office or OpenOffice) as described in the compatibility matrix below.  

次にいくつかの一般的な問題を示します。

  • Using Chrome? You can't edit Office documents as Chrome does not support WebDAV clients. See CONF-23322.
  • Using Firefox? The WebDAV plugin required to edit Office documents can't be used with Firefox 57 (Quantum) or later, as Firefox has ended support for the technology it relies on. See CONFSERVER-52299 - Getting issue details... STATUS . Earlier versions of Firefox should still work with the Firefox Add-On for the Office Connector.
  • Internet Explorer をお使いですか? Microsoft Office のドキュメントの編集のみ可能です。OpenOffice はサポートされていません。
  • Using Mac OSX or Linux? You can only edit documents in OpenOffice. Microsoft Office is not supported. See CONF-17250.
  • Special characters in the filename? Edit in Office does not work for files with special characters (like ' # @ €) in the filename. See CONF-22403 - Getting issue details... STATUS .

注意: Linux 向けの既知のサポート対象 Office エディターは OpenOffice のみです。しかし、理論的には WebDAV 認識アプリケーションであれば機能するはずです。

If you experience problems editing documents using the Office Connector (using an application, operating system and browser combination above) please raise an issue and tell us as much as you can about your operating system, application version, document version (if its different to the version of Office / Open Office you're using to open the document) and browser. 

トラブルシューティング

Office コネクタに問題がありますか? 

  • WebDAV プラグインが有効になっている必要があります。これは、Office コネクタが WebDAV を使用して Office ドキュメントとの間で情報転送を行うためです。WebDAV プラグインは、Confluence にバンドルされており、システム管理者が有効または無効にすることができます。必要に応じて、「プラグインの有効化」および「WebDAV オプションの設定」に関する説明を参照してください。
  • Confluence サーバーのベース URLが正しく設定されていることを確認します (確認方法については、「サーバーベース URL の設定」を参照)。Word で Confluence ページを編集してから、そのページを Confluence サーバーに再度アップロードする場合、ベース URL によってそのドキュメントの保存場所が決まります。ベース URL が不正確だと、ドキュメントは別の Confluence サーバーに保存される可能性があります。
