推奨アップデートのメール通知の設定

Confluence sends a regular email report to subscribers, containing the top content that is relevant to the person receiving the message. This is called the 'Recommended Updates' notification.

Confluence 管理者またはシステム管理者権限を持っている場合、お勧め更新通知の送信頻度を決定する既定の設定を設定することができます。新しいユーザーを Confluence に追加すると、既定の設定がユーザープロファイルに適用されます。

既定の初期設定

Confluence インストール時の既定の設定の初期値は次のとおりです。

• 既定の頻度は、毎週です。
• If your Confluence site has public signup enabled, the Recommended Updates notification is disabled by default. If public signup is not enabled, the notification is enabled by default.

このサイト用に別の既定値を指定して上記の設定を変更することができます。

メモ:

• お勧め更新通知は、Confluence にユーザープロファイルがあるユーザーにのみ送信されます。Confluence サイトが LDAP などの外部のユーザー管理を使用する場合、ユーザーは初めてログインした後にのみレポートを受信するようになります。(初回ログインでユーザープロファイルが作成されます。)
• 毎日のメールメッセージは、ユーザーが設定したタイムゾーンの 1 p.m. に送信されます。
• 毎週のメールメッセージは、ユーザーが設定したタイムゾーンで木曜日の 1 p.m. に送信されます。
