- organized heirarchically via parent-child relationships between pages.
- navigated through flexible linking within and between spaces.
- collaborated on via threaded or flat comments.
- controlled through page level security permissioning.
- tracked through page notifications.
- maintained through a recording of page history.
- are entirely searchable(including attachments).
- exported to PDF, HTML or XML.
