The 'Notifications' tab under your user profile settings displays a list of all pages and spaces you are currenty watching, and allows you to configure your notification preferences.

To configure your notification preferences,

  1. Click on the 'Profile' link located at the top of the page below the breadcrumbs. This will open up the user profile screen.

  2. Go to the 'Notifications' tab. This tab is divided into two sections:

  • Notification preferences - lets you configure how you want Confluence to send your email notifications.
    • 'Send me daily change report email' - check this box if you want to receive a daily summary report of all changes in the spaces visible to you.

    • 'Notify on my actions' - check this box if you want Confluence to include your own actions in your notifications for your watches. Unselect this if you do not want to be notified of your own actions. (info) Note that this option only applies to your watches and not to the 'Daily Report'.

    • 'Type' - use the drop down menu to choose whether you want to receive your notifications as HTML or plain text.

  • Currently watching - view your current watches or remove them by clicking the trash icon beside each watch.
