Hello Service Deskers - we have two updates for you today.
We're continuing to make it faster and easier for people to get help. This week, we added search to every page, so customers can find request forms, articles, or portals from anywhere:
We also moved My requests under their help center avatar, so everything they need is in one place:
Bạn có thể sử dụng Jira Service Desk bằng tiếng Việt ! Your team and your customers can start using your service desk in Vietnamese.
Your team can choose Vietnamese as their default language at the project or individual level:
- In your Profile > Preferences, choose Vietnamese as your language
- In Jira settings, choose Vietnamese as the Jira default language
Note that the Vietnamese pack is still in-progress, and is only for Jira Service Desk. This means that some of the Jira Service Desk agent view might still be in English, and non-service desk projects will also be a mix of Vietnamese and English.
For your customers, use your project's Language support settings to choose Vietnamese as the project default language, or add Vietnamese translations for the portal. The portal is 100% translated, so customers have a seamless experience.
