Even if the calendar feature is enabled under the Feature section. The user is unable to view the calendar on the project sidebar

To view the Calendar view, you need to enable the Calendar under the Feature section and . The project must be associated with the board , anduser must have access to the board.

1. From your project’s sidebar, go to Project settings > Features.

2. Toggle Calendar on. 
   

In case the project is not associated with the board & user doesn't have board access, then the user cannot see the Calendar on the project left panel.
