• With a working Jira-Freshdesk integration, please refer to the following steps to push status changes and include comments when the transition screen occurs on the Jira side.

         Steps to be taken:

1. Please create the webhook with your Freshdesk URL and keep all the other fields blank.
2. Create the workflow transition by adding a post-function
3. In the post function, select the 'Trigger a webhook' option and add the newly created webhook
4. When this post-function is executed, Jira will post the issue content in JSON format to the URL specified for the Freshdesk.
