Please note the below Polaris issue links are specific to Jira Product Discovery which is a new product that was recently launched in May. In order for them to appear, Jira Product Discovery (JPD) needs to be enabled on the site.

• These Polaris issue links are specific to JPD and are used to link ideas (JPD issue type) to their delivery tickets or insights.
  The Polaris datapoint issue link will be used between JPD ideas and their insights, while the Polaris issue link will be used between JPD ideas and their delivery tickets.
• Polaris itself is a reference to the internal name we had for JPD when it was in its early stages. You should see it appear when you're browsing a JPD project in the URL normally.

Unfortunately, there’s no way to disable these without removing JPD entirely. The only way to remove the issue links would be to deactivate JPD entirely which wouldn't be ideal in case if you're using JPD.
