Can I edit the Estimation Statistic when the Sprint has already started
The Agile Board is designed such a way that you cannot edit the Estimation field (story points, original time estimate, etc.) directly from the Work Mode of the board once the sprint is started.
Once a sprint is started, the inline editing in Plan Mode for the (original) estimate is disabled to prevent estimation changes during the sprint. Changes to the field can only be made in the Issue's Edit Screen.
To edit the estimation field in Work Mode, click on the issue's key to bring out the issue detail view on the right side, then click on the Cogwheel icon, and select Edit. This should bring out the issue edit screen like so:
