Navigating to the Look and Feel Administration Console

The look and feel administration console lets you customise JIRA's appearance to suit your own needs and preferences. For example, you can change the colors of headings and menu bars.

Choose Administration at the top right of your screen. Then choose System > User Interface > Look and Feel.
