  1. Confluence は純粋な Java アプリケーションであり、ここに記載があって、かつ JRE または JDK 要件を満たすプラットフォーム上で実行する必要があります。 
  2. SPARC ベースのハードウェア上で Confluence を利用しておられるお客様もいらっしゃいますが、アトラシアンが公式に Confluence をサポートするのは、x86 ハードウェアおよび x86 ハードウェアの 64-bit バージョンのみです。
  3. MyISAM ストレージエンジンはデータ破壊を起こす可能性があるため、Confluence MySQL データベースでは必ず InnoDB ストレージエンジンを使用する設定にしてください。 
  4. Confluence には H2 データベースが組み込まれています。このデータベースは評価用には適していますが、本番環境には適していません。実行中の Confluence に関しては、このページのリストにある外部データベースのみがサポート対象となります。 
  5. Internet Explorer 9 does not support the drag-and-drop functionality of HTML5. As Confluence relies on this functionality, the drag-and-drop experience in Internet Explorer 9 is not complete. Internet Explorer 10 in 'desktop' mode does support the drag-and-drop functionality, and the implementation of drag-and-drop in Confluence works as expected with Internet Explorer 10 'desktop' mode. The 'modern' mode of Internet Explorer 10 does not support drag-and-drop.
  6. Confluence は、上記バージョンの Internet Explorer において、互換モードではなく標準準拠レンダリングモードにおいてテストを行っています。互換モードを有効にした場合、古いためにサポートされていないレンダリングモードをエミュレートするため、問題が発生する可能性があります。
  7. Chrome does not have WEBDAV / plugin support so features such as Edit in Word for attachments will not work. Please refer to CONF-23322 for information on the progress of the issue.
  8. Confluence does not support editing in Mobile Safari on iOS devices (such as iPhone and iPad). Please refer to CONF-19523 for information on the progress of this issue.
  9. Confluence は、Android デバイス上での編集機能をサポートしていません。
  10.  Linux オペレーティングシステムではNFS をマウントすることは、Lucene の要件によりサポート対象外です 。

  12.  Tomcat version に関しては、特定のバージョンの Confluence とセットになった製品のみがサポート対象となります。
  13.  注意：Internet Explorer 9 では PDF ファイルをプレビューできません。Confluence に添付された PDF をプレビューしようとする際に、変わりにダウンロードする選択肢が提供されます。 
  14. You need to have Javascript enabled to install Confluence. Setting your Internet Explorer security level as 'High' will disable Javascript and prevent you from installing Confluence. See this knowledge base article for more information.
