The 'roll back' procedures on this page describe how to restore your previous version of JIRA in the unlikely event that you encounter an issue with your JIRA upgrade. Please follow the procedure below that relates to the upgrade procedure you used.

(info) If you upgraded JIRA using the Migrating JIRA to Another Server procedure, your previous JIRA installation should still be 'intact' (assuming you haven't deleted it) and there should not be a need to perform any 'roll back'.

アップグレードウィザード を使用してアップグレードを実行した JIRA をロールバックするには、次の手続きに従ってください。

(info) JIRA アップグレードのロールバックを実行する前に、以前の JIRA バージョンの次の項目のバックアップを確保してください:

  • JIRA Home Directory (ホーム ディレクトリ)。
  • JIRA Installation Directory (インストール ディレクトリ)。

  1. JIRA アップグレード、または、アップグレードされた JIRA サーバーが起動中であれば、終了します。
  2. お使いのデータベース サーバーのツールを使用して、以前に作成済みの JIRA データベースのバックアップを復元します。
  3. JIRA Installation Directory のコンテンツを削除します。
  4. JIRA Installation Directory のバックアップをひとつ前の手順と同じ場所に復元します。
  5. JIRA Home Directory のコンテンツを削除します。
  6. JIRA Home Directory のバックアップをひとつ前の手順と同じ場所に復元します。
  7. Start JIRA (by running the start-jira.sh or start-jira.bat file in the bin subdirectory of your restored JIRA installation directory).

手動でアップグレードした JIRA アップグレードのロールバック

JIRA の手動アップグレード を使用してアップグレードを実行した JIRA をロールバックするには、次の手続きに従ってください (データベースの「インプレース」アップグレードを含む)。この手続きで意図する結果は、以前の JIRA インストールをオリジナルの状態に復元することです (復元されたデータベース、および、オリジナルの場所にある JIRA Installation と Home ディレクトリから構成)。

  6. Start JIRA (by running the start-jira.sh or start-jira.bat file in the bin subdirectory of your restored JIRA installation directory).
