You must have the 'JIRA Administrators' global permission to specify your GreenHopper license details.

To specify your GreenHopper licence details,

  1. Log in as a user with the 'JIRA Administrators' global permission.
  2. Click the 'Administration' link on the top bar, then select 'JIRA Administration' from the pull down menu.
  3. Select 'License Details' from the 'GreenHopper' section of the administration menu.
  4. The 'License Details' page will appear (see screenshot below). This page allows you to:
    • View your existing GreenHopper license details.
    • Add new GreenHopper license details. To do this:
      1. Copy your GreenHopper license details from http://my.atlassian.com.
      2. Paste your license details into the 'GreenHopper License' field and click 'Add'.

GreenHopper license types must match the JIRA license types


Please note, if you are using a commercial (i.e. not an evaluation) license for GreenHopper, it must match your JIRA license. For example, if you have a JIRA 25 User Commercial license you must have a GreenHopper 25 User Commercial license. GreenHopper evaluation licenses do not need to match JIRA licenses.
