You can flag issues in GreenHopper to indicate that they require attention. Your project administrator needs to have set up a flagging field for your project before you can flag issues. A flagging field is essentially a JIRA custom field that you configure from GreenHopper.
Please note, flagging an issue in GreenHopper does not change the issue's priority in JIRA nor it's relationship to other issues.
To flag an issue in GreenHopper,
- Log into JIRA.
- Navigate to either the Planning Board, Task Board or Chart Board:
Click the 'Agile' menu in the top navigation bar and select 'Planning Board' from the dropdown that displays. The 'Planning Board' will display.
または
Click the 'Agile' link's down-arrow in the top navigation bar and select 'Task Board' from the resulting dropdown menu. The 'Task Board' will be displayed.
または
Click the 'Agile' link's down-arrow in the top navigation bar and select 'Chart Board' from the resulting dropdown menu. The 'Chart Board' will be displayed.
- Select your project from the project dropdown in the top navigation bar, if it is not already selected.
- Find the issue that you wish to flag. Display the issue as a 'Detailed Card' by double-clicking, if it is not already.
- Open the issue actions dropdown menu for the card by clicking on the black triangle in the top right corner of the card. The menu will display.
- Click 'Flag' in the issues menu dropdown. The issue will display a
symbol against it when you view issues as 'Summaries' or as a 'List' (the symbol will be at the end of the row when viewing issues as a list).
- If you want to unflag the issue, simply open the issue actions dropdown menu for the card and click 'Unflag'.
