Confluence では、各スペース内のメールを収集してアーカイブできます。特定のプロジェクトに関係するメールメッセージを保管しておくと何かと便利です。メールメッセージは、そのプロジェクトのコンテンツと同じ Confluence スペースに入れておくことができます。

メールは、１つ以上の POP または IMAP アカウントからダウンロードしたり、ローカル システムまたは Confluence サーバーの mbox ファイルからインポートすることが可能です。

メール アーカイブを管理するには、スペースの管理権限が必要です。

Confluence mail archiving is an optional feature. This means that the 'Mail' options may be disabled and will therefore not appear in the Confluence user interface. Mail archiving features are contained in a bundled plugin. To activate mail archiving features in Confluence, enable the plugin – choose  > General Configuration > Manage Add-ons. Then choose System in the drop down, and enable the Confluence Mail Archiving Plugin.

アーカイブされたメールを表示するには:

  • スペースに進み、スペース ツール > 統合 > メールを選択します。
    または、スペースでドキュメント用テーマを使用している場合は、ヘッダーで参照 > メールを選択します。
  • メッセージを選択して内容を表示するか、次へ、前へなどのオプションを選択して、メール アーカイブ内を移動します。

注意

  • メール アーカイブを保管できるのは、サイトスペースのみです (個人用スペースは不可)。サイトおよび個人用スペースに関する詳細は、「スペース」を参照してください。
  • メールメッセージとその添付ファイルは検索も可能です。「検索」を参照してください。
