リリース ノート 1.4.2

Confluence 1.4.2 は、以前の Confluence 1.4 リリースを使用するユーザーが遭遇した可能性のあるいくつかの問題を解決するためのメンテナンス リリースです。1.4.2 では、Websphere と DB2 の互換性が導入され、コンテンツのインデックス作成とメール キューに関連する問題が修正されています。

1.4.2 is a free upgrade for all customers who purchased their Confluence license after June 30th, 2004.

Who should upgrade?

Confluence 1.4.2 はバグ修正リリースです。お客様は、このリリースで解決済み課題のリストを参照して、アップグレードする価値があるかどうかを判断する必要があります。このリリースには、コンテンツのインデックス作成に関する重要なパフォーマンスおよび信頼性の修正が多数含まれているため、Confluence の検索機能に依存している方はアップグレードを検討する必要があります。

アップグレード手順

Upgrading Confluence should be pretty easy. If you are upgrading from Confluence 1.4 or 1.4.1, you can find instructions here. We strongly recommend that you backup your confluence.home directory and database before upgrading!

If you are upgrading from Confluence 1.3.6 or earlier, be sure to read the upgrade instructions in the Confluence 1.4 release notes.

データベース接続プールの変更

Confluence インストールのサイズによっては、新しいインデックス再作成タスクが、最大 10 のデータベース接続を同時に使用する場合があります。そのため、検索インデックスの再構築中や再構築後に Confluence が動作を続行できるように、データベース接続プールのサイズを増やす必要があります。

Confluence が直接 JDBC 接続を使用するように設定されている場合、Confluence の接続プール サイズの設定は Confluence ホーム ディレクトリの confluence.cfg.xml で確認できます。Confluence はアップグレード時にこの値を自動的に更新するので、Confluence 1.4.2 を初めて起動した後、以下に示すように、接続数が 15 に更新されていることを確認する必要があります。

Confluence がアプリケーション サーバーによって提供されるデータソースを使用するように設定されている場合、アプリケーション サーバーが Confluence を実行するのに十分な接続を提供するよう設定されていることを確認する必要があります。
