You can also add macros to a page using the Wiki Markup dialog. You may want to do this to make use of a macro configuration that you already have from an earlier version of Confluence.

To add a macro to a page using wiki markup:

  1. When editing a page, choose Insert > Wiki Markup.
  2. Type (or paste) wiki markup for the macro into the Wiki Markup dialog.
  3. Click Insert.
