Migration plans that were created disappeared from the JCMA Migration Dashboard, and you can see the following error in the atlassian-jira.log file:

Caused by: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: com.atlassian.jira.migration.httpclient.exceptions.UnexpectedStatusCodeException: Received an unexpected status code; expected [200], but received 401 {"code":401,"message":"Unauthorized"}
ソリューション
Execute the following steps on the Jira On-Premise:
- Check if any changes occurred on the firewall on the server that blocks Atlassian IPs (Refer to IP address and domains of Atlassian for reference).
- Clear Jira's plugin cache.
- Create a new migration plan with a Renewed Authentication token to the destination site.
- Go back to the JCMA Migration Dashboard and verify if the missing plans can be found.
