目的

To guide users on the proper way to set up the Average Time in Status Gadget.

ソリューション

• Download JIRA Charting Plugin from the Marketplace or Use the UPM JIRA Administration > Add-ons > Search Add-ons > JIRA Charting plugin.

• Go to your dashboard and click on Add new gadget.
• Search for Average Time in Status gadget

• Next, go to JIRA administration -> Issues-> Custom Fields -> Add New Field -> From advanced pick Time in Status -> Name it "Time in Status" and on the next screen just update. Do not add the field to any (transition) screens.

• Perform a reindex.
