Confluence includes open-source third-party libraries. You can find information about the libraries used in the locations described below.
Software Bill of Materials (SBOM)
The <installation_dir>/sbom directory contains the SBOM in the following formats:

Notices and licenses
You can find notices and licenses in the following directories:
- For aggregated notice file with licenses and copyrights for libraries, go to:
<installation_dir>/product-notice/NOTICE(the notice will be available in Confluence 11.0 and later). - For individual license files for libraries, go to:
<installation_dir>/licenses.
About dialog
The About Confluence dialog contains a short summary of licenses and other licensing information used by Confluence. To access the dialog:
- Go to Settings
.
- In the navigation bar, select About Confluence.
Source code for libraries under weak-copyleft licenses
You can find the source code of libraries under weak-copyleft licenses (among other libraries) in the following locations:
In the Confluence-project directory, you can find confluence-project-<version>-sources.txt artifacts. Each of these artifacts contains a list of weak-copyleft libraries used in a specific Confluence version.
