Before you can transition issues to columns on a board, your JIRA administrator or board administrator will have already mapped workflow statuses to your board's columns. To know more about configuring these mappings, see Configuring columns . Also, you can only transition an issue if you have project permission to move that issue to the status in the JIRA workflow to which the column is mapped.

Jira Software will respect your Jira workflow configuration, and will trigger all your JIRA workflow validations, conditions, functions, and notifications when you transition issues (See Workflows for more information.) However, note that boards currently don't auto-assign issues to you.

課題をボード上の別の JIRA ワークフローステータスにトランジションさせるには:

  1. 目的のボードに移動します。
  2. アクティブ スプリント（スクラム ボード）またはカンバン ボード（カンバン ボード）では、課題をある列から別の列へとドラッグ アンド ドロップしてトランジションします。
    課題をドラッグし始めたときに、背景が青色に変わる列にしか課題をトランジションできません。課題を対象の列の上に重ねると、背景が青から緑に変わります。
  3. 対象の列が 1 つ以上のステータスと関連付けられている場合、課題をその列の上に重ねると、各ステータスは破線の枠が付いた別々のセクションとして表示されます。課題を列のセクションの上にドロップすると、適切なステータスへのトランジションが完了します。

  4. ワークフローのトランジションステータスを示すダイアログボックスが開いたら、フォームを送信する前にすべての必須フィールド (赤い米印が付いたフィールド) に入力する必要があります。

課題にサブタスクがあり、すべてのサブタスクが完了している場合、課題自体を解決する必要があります。最後のサブタスクを「完了」列へ移動させると、Jira Software では、親課題を移動するよう求めるプロンプトが表示されます。ネイティブな Jira Software でサブタスクを解決した場合、[アクティブなスプリント] ページを次回開いたときに、親課題にボタンが表示されます。

次の条件に応じて、複数の課題をバックログからプロジェクトのワークフローの次の状態へ移行することができます。

  • You have the transition issues permission.
  • The statuses of the issues are already mapped to the board's columns.
  • Your project's workflow supports the particular transition for the multiple issues selected, and all transition conditions are met.
  • The issues you're transitioning have the same set of transitions.
  • The issues you're transitioning don't have any associated transition screen.
  • 課題をクリックしながら、Shift または Ctrlキーを押して、複数の課題を選択できます。しかし、複数の課題を別の列へドラッグして、トランジションさせることはできません。複数の問題を移動できるのは同じ列内だけです。
