Improved project transfer for Crucible
We've made several improvement to project transfer, increasing the reliability and fixing smaller issues.

- PostgreSQL: 13, 14, 15, 16
- Microsoft SQL Server: 2019, 2022
- Git: 2.30.9-2.45.2
We're also ending support for the following platforms:
- Python 2.x
- Git 2.29.x and earlier
- MySQL 5.6
- Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and earlier
- PostgreSQL 12 and earlier
- Oracle 12c R1 and 12c R2 databases
- Edge Legacy and Internet Explorer 11
- Mercurial 4.4 and earlier
- Perforce 2017.x and earlier
- Subversion 1.7 and earlier
API changes
Here are some changes related to APIs.
Java APIs
- We've replaced
com.sun.javax:mailbyjakarta.mail. This affects MailMessageData from API.
