症状

When attempting to create links between a JIRA Issue and a Confluence Page, the following appears in the atlassian-confluence.log:

WARN [http-8090-10] [confluence.plugins.jira.JiraRemoteLinkCreator] handle Failed to create a remote link to xxx in xxx JIRA. Reason: Forbidden

原因

The user does not have permissions to create links.

ソリューション

Ensure that the user is granted a "Link Issue Permission" in order to create links between Confluence and JIRA.

You can use  JIRA Admin Helper to check whether the user has the appropriate permission to perform the linking operation in JIRA.
