What is the Space Reports Feature?

The Space Reports feature allows Confluence admins to download a CSV file that lists all spaces across your site. This CSV includes essential details such as:

  • Space Id
  • Space Key
  • Space Name
  • Space Type (global/personal)
  • Space Status (current/archived/deleted)
  • Creation Date
  • Creator Account Id
  • Creator Full Name
  • Public Link Permission (on/off)
  • Public Link Count
  • Anonymous Access Status (on/off)
  • Last Activity
  • Content Count (number of active content items)
  • Attachments (number of files)
  • Storage used (MB)

How to Use the Space Reports Feature?

  1. Navigate to Confluence Administration:
       - Click on the settings wheel located at the top right of the navigation bar.
  2. Access the Space Reports Page:
       - In the left navigation panel, find and select "Space Reports."
  3. Generate Your Report:
       - Click on the "Create Reports" button located in the top right corner of the page.
       - Wait for your report to be generated.
  4. Download the Report:
       - Once your report is created, click on "Download" to get your CSV file.
