Edit Profile and Create Personal Space Do Not Show Due to Capital letters in LDAP Usernames

Internal users are able to click on preferences and will see the 'Edit Profile', 'Labels', 'Watches' and 'Drafts' tabs and the 'Create Personal Space' link as expected. When LDAP users with capitals in their username e.g. 'PARTHA' click on their preferences, none of these tabs or links are available.

This is a bug, tracked at CONF-12009.

Please look at the CONF-12009 and follow the instructions to install the patch, or upgrade to Confluence 3.1 or later.
