New platform for outgoing mail

Jira and Confluence have started to use a new mail platform to deliver outgoing email. This will be rolled out progressively over the coming weeks. For administrators who whitelist IP ranges, you should update the list of IPs that Atlassian mail will be sent from as found on this page: Atlassian Cloud IP ranges and domains

Mail from Jira and Confluence will appear as being sent from the following addresses according to product & region. If you have automation rules that are triggered based on these emails, you may need to update your rules:

Hiding Usernames in User Management

すべてのクラウド製品全体で Atlassian アカウントに基づく統合プロファイルが導入されるため、ユーザー名の使用は段階的に廃止されます。この最新の変更によって [サイト管理] > [ユーザー] の順に移動してもユーザー名が表示されなくなりますが、今後は他の場所でもユーザー名のサポートが削除される予定です。これらの変更に関する詳細と最新情報については、このブログ投稿をウォッチしてください。

Confluence の変更の破棄

便利な機能が盛りだくさんの新しい省略符号のメニューを用意しました。[プレビュー] と [変更を表示] があるほか、破棄する機能もあります。下書きで作業している場合は [未公開のページ/ブログ投稿を削除] ボタンが表示されて、そのページまたはブログ投稿を完全に削除できます。未公開の変更で作業している場合は、このボタンで最後に公開したバージョンに戻せます。削除は自分が行った変更だけでなく、他の誰かが行った変更にも適用されることにご注意ください。このため、自分が行ったものだけを削除する場合は、代わりに [元に戻す] ボタンを試してください!

編集への招待エクスペリエンス

Confluence エディタ内で、ページを編集するためにほかのユーザーを招待できるようになりました。ページの右上のプラス記号をクリックします。リンクをコピーして共有するか、コラボレーターの名前を追加して Confluence の通知経由で招待します。

Confluence ダッシュボードの [最近の作業] タブに下書きを表示する

ページを作成または編集したまま変更内容を公開しない場合は、さらに編集してから公開できるように、その作業を簡単に見つけられる必要があります。下書き (公開されていないページ) と未公開の変更を含むページが、サイドバーの [最近の作業] に表示されるようになりました。

アトラシアン プロファイルとピープル ディレクトリ

新しい アトラシアン プロファイルを Confluence に適用しています。これにより、今後は、Jira、Confluence、および Bitbucket 含むすべてのアトラシアン製品で 1 つの統合プロファイルを使用できるようになります。これを実現するために、アトラシアン アカウントに登録されていた情報と Confluence プロファイルの情報を統合し、重複するフィールドを削除または変更しました。また、[設定] 内にあった [プロファイル] タブを、アバターからアクセスできるメニューに移動させました。

Confluence のピープル ディレクトリは廃止し、すべてのアトラシアン製品を横断して使用できる新しいピープル ディレクトリを導入しました。新しいピープル ディレクトリにはアプリ スイッチャーからアクセスできます。

ブログの編集機能の改善

これまで、モバイルや他のデバイスでブログを参照する際に、表示が最適化されていない問題がありました。デバイスを問わない可読性を実現するため、ブログは固定幅のレイアウトに変更されています。なお、編集時の信頼性確保や編集エクスペリエンスの改善のために、ほかにも多数の更新を行っています。この間、一部のマクロを一時的に利用できない可能性があります。このような変更の詳細については、アトラシアンのドキュメント サイトをご確認ください。

スペース設定の移動

スペース設定に新しいホームが追加されました。依然としてサイドバーにありますが、昇格してスペース名の下に移動しました。ホームを表示するには、スペース名の横にある下向き矢印、歯車アイコンの順にクリックします。自由に操作して、この新しい機能をお試しください。

すべての共同作業者をページの作成者として表示

あるページで最初に執筆を開始したユーザーが、そのページの仕上げに携わるとは限りません。複数のユーザーでコラボレーションを行っていた場合、それらのユーザーはすべで作成者であると考えます。これを受け、Confluence のページの作成者欄を見直し、ページ自体を作成したユーザーだけでなく、すべての共同作業者を含めるようにしました。

議事録の改善

アトラシアンでは引き続き編集エクスペリエンスの改善に取り組んでおり、現在は議事録の更新を行っています。新しい議事録は高速で信頼性に優れているだけでなく、レスポンシブで、可読性が最適化されており、高度な表を利用できます。再構築中の一部のマクロは引き続き利用できない可能性があります。これらの一覧や、それぞれの変更の詳細については、アトラシアンのドキュメント サイトをご確認ください。

Customize the customer invitation email

カスタマーを Jira Service Desk ポータルに招待した際に、彼らが受け取るメールをカスタマイズできるようになりました。プロジェクト管理者は [プロジェクト設定] > [カスタマー通知] の順に移動した先で、これを変更できます。

ボードやバックログにリリース済みである Jira の新しい課題ビューを、フルページの課題ビューにも適用しました。添付ファイルやサブタスクの追加や課題のリンクを素早く行い、表示されるすべてのフィールドをクリックするだけで編集できます。詳細についてはこちらのページをご確認ください。

新規課題ビュー: ボードで課題をサイドバーとして開く

By popular demand: open the new issue view as a sidebar on your boards. If you're a team lead and need to view lots of issues in quick succession, or you need to see a selected issue and the board at the same time, this one's for you.

From a board, choose ••• > Open issues in sidebar. This sets your preference for all boards (you can switch back at any time). You can even adjust the width of the issue sidebar—drag it out far enough on your super-wide screen and get the full two-column issue view in a sidebar.

New issue view: Anyone can try it out

If you haven't tried the new Jira issue view for Jira Software boards and backlogs yet, but would like to, you can now turn it on by going to your avatar > Profile. Flick the switch for the New Jira issue view under Labs to turn it on.

新しい Jira エクスペリエンスの一環として、プロジェクトの課題ナビゲーターを更新しました。新しくクリーンなデザインで、新しい Jira 課題ビューを使用して重要な課題情報を簡単に見つけ、更新できます。

プロジェクトに移動してサイドバーから [課題] を選択し、ぜひご確認ください。

Note: Create issue, list sorting, and navigation with keyboard shortcuts aren't available in the new navigator just yet, but we hope to add them very soon. The + in the sidebar is always there for when you need to create new issues.

Invite users directly from your independent agility projects

Trying to add someone new to your project? If they aren't already on your Jira site, you can invite them to join directly from the People page in your independent project settings. Currently, we're trying this out on agility projects.

Switch and search for boards in your project's sidebar

プロジェクトのサイドバーにあるボード スイッチャーが改善されました。現在のプロジェクトのボードと他のプロジェクトの最近のボードを切り替えられるようになりました。また、Jira サイト全体でボードを検索できます。

To try it out, select your board's name in your project's sidebar.

新しい課題ビュー: 時間の記録を改善

Update remaining time on an issue without needing to log time in the new issue view. Open an issue and choose ••• > Log time or click the Time tracking panel on the issue.

Bug fix: Deleting labels custom fields

This fixes a problem where deleting a custom field of the type label would move any labels in the custom field over to the Labels system field. See JRACLOUD-68003 for more info.
