Capture for JIRA has run into an unexpected fatal error due to HTTPS protocol required

Capture for JIRA is showing the following error:

"It looks like JIRA Capture has run into an unexpected fatal error. You will need to restart JIRA Capture which may fix this issue. If this problem persists, try the Clear Server Settings button below. Report problem with Atlassian (remember to include the support information below)."

環境

• JIRA Capture Version: 2.9.4.0

• JIRA Cloud

原因

The Server URL is configured to use HTTP instead of HTTPS.

JIRA Cloud requires HTTPS protocol

Ensure that the Server URL setting in Capture for JIRA starts with https://<your-site>.atlassian.net
