Capture for JIRA browser add-on doesn't work in IE9

症状

After installing the Capture for JIRA browser add-on in Internet Explorer 9, the add-on is not available

診断

This problem only occurs in IE 9.

原因

There is a problem with IE's default startup which in some cases doesn't allow the add-on to run. Possibly this is occurring because IE is set to start with the extensions disabled.

ソリューション

1. Open Windows command line;

2. 次のコマンドを実行します。

   iexplore.exe -extoff

3. This will start IE with the extensions disabled and Capture for JIRA won't be available;

4. After this, close IE and then run the following command:

    iexplore.exe
