In order to resolve the issue we have check the following options:

• Provide access level(READ/WRITE/ADMIN) for a group at workspace level when the group is created. When the group is created with specific access level, it will be added to new repositories by default
• If not, you may add group to specific project(During the process you will define permission to the group and the same will be reflected on the repositories under the project)
• Verify if the group is part of the repo under "Repository Settings > Repository permissions"
