1. Create users — add user accounts for the people who will create the pages and blog posts in your Confluence site.
  2. (Optional) Add users to groups — your users will be automatically added to the 'confluence-users' group. You can add them to other groups too.
  3. (Optional) Enable 'anonymous' mode — allow non-logged-in users to access your Confluence site. Note that they will only be able to view content where the space permissions allow 'Anonymous' access.
