You can create your own templates within Confluence. See Creating a Template.

In addition, you can download pre-defined templates from the Atlassian Marketplace in the form of a template bundle. Each template bundle contains one or more templates, created by Atlassian or third parties. Here is a summary of the steps required:

  • Atlassian Marketplace からテンプレートバンドルをダウンロードします。
  • Confluence サイトにテンプレートバンドルをインストールします。
  • サイトまたは個別のスペースにそれらをインポートすることで、テンプレートを利用できるようにします。

You need 'System Administrator' permission to install template bundles into your Confluence site. You need 'Confluence Administrator' permission to manage the existing template bundles on your Confluence site. See Global Permissions Overview.

ステップ1. Confluenceサイトにインストールされているテンプレートバンドルを確認する

Confluenceサイトにインポートするために現在利用可能なテンプレートのバンドルを表示するには：

ステップ2（オプション）Atlassian Marketplace から追加のテンプレートバンドルをダウンロードしてインストールする

サイトに複数のテンプレートバンドルを追加したい場合は、以下の手順に従ってください。

Confluence サイトにアドオン（プラグインとも言う）をインストールする前に、アドオンの情報ページをチェックし、アドオンがアトラシアンによってサポートされているか、他のベンダーによってサポートされているか、またはまったくサポートされていないか確認してください。アドオンのサポート については、弊社のガイドラインを参照してください 。

さらにテンプレートをアップロードするには：

  1. Go to the Atlassian Marketplace and download the template bundle that you need. It will be in the form of a JAR file. Save the JAR file somewhere in your file system.
  2. システム管理者として Confluence にログインします。
  3. Choose the cog icon , then choose General Configuration under Confluence Administration
  4. 左側パネルでアドオンの管理（Manage Add-ons)を選択します。
  5. アドオンのアップロードを選択します 。
  6. ダウンロードしたテンプレートバンドルを参照して選択し、Confluence にアップロードします。テンプレートバンドルは、「ユーザーがインストールしたアドオン」の下のリストに表示されます。

ステップ3. ユーザーが利用できるようにテンプレートをインポートする

現在は、サイト上には1つ以上のテンプレートバンドルがあります。テンプレートは「インポート」されるまでは利用できません。

テンプレートをインポートするには :

  1. システム管理者またはConfluenceの管理者として Confluence にログインします。
  2. Choose the cog icon , then choose General Configuration under Confluence Administration
  3. 左側のパネルでテンプレートのインポートを選択します。Confluenceサイトにインストールされているテンプレートバンドル、並びに各バンドルに含まれるテンプレートの一覧が表示されます。注：テンプレート名を選択することで、テンプレートのプレビューを表示することができます。
  4. 該当するテンプレート名の横にあるチェックボックスをチェックして、インポートするテンプレートを選択します。
  5. インポート先（Import To）のドロップダウンメニューでテンプレートのインポート先を選択します。 テンプレートを特定のスペースのみで利用できるようにしたい場合は、スペースの名前を選択します。もしくはグローバルテンプレートを選択してすべてのスペースにテンプレートを利用できるようにします。
  6. インポートを選択します。

注意

  • Building your own template bundles. You can build a template bundle as an add-on (also called a 'plugin') and then upload it to your Confluence site. You can then import the templates from your custom template bundle, as described above. You will need some programming knowledge to develop a template bundle. See Creating A Template Bundle.
  • 重複しているテンプレートについて。同じ名前のテンプレートがすでにインポート時に存在している場合、同じ名前の重複したテンプレートが作成されます。テンプレートを確認し、それらを手動で名前を変更する必要があります。
  • テンプレートの削除。 すでにインポートしている場合、テンプレートを含むアドオンを削除しても、Confluence サイトからテンプレートは削除されません。管理コンソールまたはスペース管理画面からテンプレートを手動で削除する必要があります。
