Office コネクタを使用すれば、添付の Office ファイルを元のアプリケーション（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、OpenOfficeなど）で編集でき、Confluence ページに戻って編集したファイルを保存できます。ファイルをダウンロードしたり、再アップロードしたりする必要はありません。

添付文書の編集

Confluence ページに添付されている Office ドキュメントを編集するには：

  1. Go to > Attachments
  2. 編集する添付ファイルの横のOffice で編集を選択します。
    ファイルを開く確認メッセージがブラウザに表示されます。 

  3. OKを選択します。
    セキュリティ警告が表示されるか、または Confluence サーバーへログインを求められることがあります - Confluence のユーザー名とパスワードを入力し、OKを選択します。

  4. Office アプリケーションでファイルが開きます- 編集が完了したらドキュメントを保存します。Confluence に戻って保存されます。

トラブルシューティング

サポート対象のブラウザ、OS、Office アプリケーションの組み合わせについては、Office コネクタ前提条件を確認してください。よくある問題：

  • Using Chrome? You can't edit Office documents as Chrome does not support WebDAV clients. See  CONF-23322 - Getting issue details... STATUS
  • Using Firefox? The WebDAV plugin required to edit Office documents can't be used with Firefox 57 (Quantum) or later, as Firefox has ended support for the technology it relies on. See CONFSERVER-52299 - Getting issue details... STATUS . Earlier versions of Firefox should still work with the Firefox Add-On for the Office Connector.
  • Internet Explorer をお使いですか? Microsoft Office のドキュメントの編集のみ可能です。OpenOffice はサポートされていません。
  • Using Linux? You can only edit documents in OpenOffice. Microsoft Office is not supported. See  CONF-17250 - Getting issue details... STATUS .
  • Using Mac OS X? You can't currently edit documents. See CONF-25594 - Getting issue details... STATUS .
  • Special characters in the filename? Edit in Office does not work for files with special characters (like ' # @ €) in the filename. See CONF-22403 - Getting issue details... STATUS .
