You can insert the HTML 'mailto' tag inside a Confluence link using 'Wiki Markup' as shown below.

(lightbulb) You can display your own text instead of the 'mailto' tag: Inside the square brackets, insert the required text followed by a vertical bar and then the 'mailto' tag. The second example shows this.
