Changed file list missing from commit details after upgrade to version 3

After upgrading to Stash 3.x, the "Changed files" information is not displayed within an individual commit.

This symptom is caused by the incompatibility of the Stash Unapprove Reviewers Hook with Stash 3.0.

- As displayed on its website the Stash Unapprove Reviewers Hook has been archived
To correct this behaviour, please Uninstall this add-on and restart your Stash instance
