Manage ProForma
These instructions are applicable for managing ProForma in your Jira instance.
Installing ProForma
Log in to Jira as an administrator, then navigate to Administration > Add-ons or Manage apps. Search the Marketplace for ProForma and select Install. A pop-up window that confirms installation should appear after a few moments.
Uninstalling ProForma
If you're a Jira Software Data Center user and your ProForma license expires, you won't be able to create new form templates or add forms to an issue.
If ProForma is no longer required, you can remove it from your Jira instance. To uninstall ProForma, log in to Jira as an administrator, then navigate to Administration > Add-ons or Manage apps. Locate ProForma and select Uninstall. You won't be able to view forms on issues once ProForma is uninstalled.
The data for each form attached to an issue is stored as a hidden property of that issue and is not automatically deleted when ProForma is uninstalled or disabled. If you decide to uninstall ProForma, provided that the issues have not been deleted from Jira, all of the form data should still be accessible. To access them, install ProForma again and enable it for the relevant project. You'll be able to view existing forms on issues, download forms from the relevant issues, or use the spreadsheet download under Project Settings > ProForma Forms.
Disabling ProForma
There might be time when you want to temporarily disable ProForma for troubleshooting or incident response. To uninstall ProForma, log in to Jira as an administrator, then navigate to Administration > Add-ons or Manage apps. Locate ProForma and select Disable.
