Change status on form submit

Change Issue Status

To create an automation rule that changes the status of an issue, navigate to the form in the form builder and select the Settings tab. Scroll down to the Form Automation section and click Add Rule. Use the When... dropdown menu and select this form is submitted. You'll be prompted to indicate the issue/request types you want the rule to apply to and any additional conditions (such as the previous status, or the state of other forms on the issue). Select from the available statuses listed in the  Then... dropdown menu.
